Developed and implemented a cross-organizational approach for identifying, prioritizing, correcting, and preventing field issues for major B2B customers.

03KONE PowerUp Program
Led the application stream of KONE's PowerUp Program, introducing and ramping-up the Microsoft Power Platform at KONE, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry.
Took over several challenging application projects, brought structure to delivery, and successfully course-corrected and delivered two business-critical solutions that were later presented as success stories at KONE and Microsoft.

The programme was delivered against a critical technology deadline and generated approximately €5 million in cost avoidance.

06AI Document Classification Proof of Concept
Developed a working proof of concept that classified enterprise documents and generated XML metadata for legal archiving using Azure OpenAI-related services, OCR, and Python.
The solution demonstrated the feasibility of applying AI to a practical document-management and metadata-generation use case.
